I can not log into your site! What did I do?
First make sure you are entering the correct user / pass combo. It
is CASE sensitive. Without going into great detail, we often have
problems with AOL users because AOL can make you appear to be a
hacker, and our protection program blocks you.
It is also a possibility someone has stolen your password and is
using it. If you feel you have been blocked by mistake, please
e-mail
us and we will reset your username.
 What
should I do if a security alert window pops up while I'm on your
site?
Select the "always trust" box and hit OK.
How
can I save your photos and videos to my computer?
Place your mouse over the photo or link and "save picture as" or
"save target as."
I
sometimes get an error message or the video will not play. What can
I do?
Clear your browsers cache, close your browser and re-open it. You
can also try restarted your computer after you do this. If this does
not help and you have the latest media player,
e-mail
us.
Sometimes
the video will not play and nothing will happen when I click on it.
Try turning off your pop-up blocker and add us to your exception
list. This will fix the problem a lot of the times.
